Seven Hills Ultimate - Origin of the Name

The name Seven Hills comes from one of many unofficial nicknames of Seattle. This name was coined by early founders of the city in the 1900's for the city's awe inspiring topography. Another famous city, Rome, is also known as the City of Seven Hills and this comparison was meant to draw people into the city to help it grow!

We love this name because it encompasses all of Seattle, just like we hope our program does! We hope to bring together young people from all across the city to grow as Ultimate players, individuals, and help the community grow.
