What is the Winter Season?
The Winter Season focuses on individual and team skill development. Players practice once a week with occasional in-program scrimmages during regular practice time.
It's a great fit for players who want to grow, connect with teammates and help build a strong ultimate community in Seattle.

High School Teams
3 teams per division (Open & Gx)

Red: Mostly Juniors & Seniors

Purple: Mostly Freshmen
& Sophomores

Middle School Teams
2 teams per division (Open & Gx)

Yellow: 7th–8th Graders

What's the Tournament?
The winter season ends with the Emerald City Challenge, a local tournament that brings together teams from across the Pacific Northwest.
